Music is one of God’s greatest gifts to His people – a powerful vehicle for uniting the mind and heart in praise to Him. We desire our music to be God-centered, truth-centered, faith-inspiring, and experiential. We seek to preserve the great traditions of Christian music – the great hymns of those who have gone before us; yet, we also seek new ways to express our praise – to sing a new song to the Lord in the language of our own day.
Where does our music come from?
Some of our worship songs may be familiar to you, while others may be completely new. Pasotr Matt Foreman has contributed to our times of worship by writing new songs and new melodies to old songs. Other resources from which we have gathered biblical, inspiring worship music are the Indelible Grace project and Sovereign Grace Music. When we sing hymns to their traditional tunes, the songbook we use is the Trinity Hymnal.
Pastor Matt’s new album is now on sale for digital download. Matt has been influenced over the years by the Modern Hymn Movement and desires to bring the timeless truths of the old hymn texts to the modern day.
